What's covered
Every purchase made through this store. If the username you paid for cannot be moved to your account — whatever the reason on our side — your payment is returned in full, in the same cryptocurrency you paid with, to an address you control.
Why we can promise this
Because there is no third party to blame. Marketplaces can't make this promise: they broker deals between strangers, and when a seller ghosts, the buyer eats the risk. Every handle listed here is held by us. If it's on the site, it's in our hands, and we already know it can be transferred — because we control it right now.
How a refund works
You send us the address, we send the funds — typically within 24 hours of the failed transfer. No forms, no "review period", no store credit. Refund requests and any questions go to contact, referencing your order ID.
What's not covered
What happens to the name after a successful transfer is yours to own — we can't control what a platform does with an account afterwards, and we never resell a name we've already transferred. For how we conduct transfers safely, see how transfers work.
